In the cities where the epidemic occurred, the people who came to the ear and returned to the ear implemented four ones, namely, issuing a health notice, conducting a health inquiry, checking a health code, and conducting a nucleic acid test at the same time.

1. For those who come from (return) to the middle-risk areas where local epidemic spread occurs (counting from leaving the middle-risk areas):

Carry out 14-day home isolation;

2. Personnel from the city (returning) where the medium-risk area is located (counting from leaving the medium-risk area):

Carry out “four ones” health management and 14-day self-health monitoring.

3. For cities where local epidemic spread occurs and the risk level has not been defined, refer to the city where the middle risk area is located for management.

4. No need to save.
