[Introduction]: during the Spring Festival from January 28 to March 8, 2021, people from high-risk areas returned to rural areas (towns and villages) in Shanghai across provinces and eight key groups returned to rural areas (towns, village), according to the requirements, it is necessary to hold the negative results of nucleic acid test within 7 days, and implement 14-day home health monitoring.

Nucleic acid detection and health management policies for people coming from other parts of China

First, people from prefecture-level cities in high-risk areas must have negative results of effective coronavirus nucleic acid test within 7 days.

The second is that people from prefecture-level cities in high-risk areas should implement “four ones” health management, that is, issue a health notice, conduct a health inquiry and check a health code, carry out a nucleic acid test.

Among them, from the county (district) where the high-risk area is located or the local government announced that the personnel in the closed management area of the whole region will return to the ear, and implement 14 days of centralized isolation health observation, at their own expense, the first, nucleic acid detection was performed on 7 and 14 days.

The county (district) personnel in the middle-risk area should report to the village committee and unit (or hotel) within 12 hours after heading, and implement 14-day home health monitoring. 1, nucleic acid detection was performed in 14 days. If there is no home condition, conduct 14-day centralized isolation health observation.

Personnel in high-risk areas or those living in high-risk areas in the past 14 days will not move during the Spring Festival. Personnel in medium-risk areas or those living in medium-risk areas in the past 14 days will not flow during the Spring Festival. If it is really necessary to travel, it must be approved by the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and hold negative results of effective coronavirus nucleic acid test within 3 days.

Third, during the Spring Festival (from January 28 to March 8), people from across provinces returned to rural areas (towns and villages) in Shanghai, and the isolation personnel from entry, drivers of cross-border trucks in Guangdong and Hong Kong, crew of small ships from Hong Kong and Macao and Hong Kong and Macao floating fishermen (including mainland fishermen), workers in isolated places, workers in fever clinics (clinics), workers in direct contact with imported cold chain food and imported goods, the international flight crew and other key groups returned to the rural areas (towns and villages) of Shanghai. On the day of returning home, they should take the initiative to report to the local village committee and provide the negative results of nucleic acid test within 7 days as required, and carry out 14-day home health monitoring, during which no aggregation or flow occurs, and nucleic acid detection is conducted every 7 days.
