As of October 8, there are high-risk areas in Harbin. According to Shanghai’s latest policy of coming to spike, nucleic acid testing is required for coming to spike in high-risk areas! Specific requirements are as follows:

Nucleic acid detection policy for high-risk areas in Harbin
The nucleic acid test was carried out on 1, 4, 7, 10, and 14 days for the people who had lived in the high-risk areas in Harbin (the time was calculated from the time of leaving the prefecture-level cities), on the 14th day, double mining and double inspection.
For those who live in areas (counties) with high risks in Harbin (returning) (the time starts from leaving the prefecture-level city), nucleic acid tests will be carried out in 1, 4, 7 and 14 days, on the 14th day, double mining and double inspection.
Nucleic acid detection policy in low-risk areas of Harbin
1. Carry out yellow codes for those who have local positive cases in Harbin, prefecture-level cities but have not increased the residence history in risk areas, and conduct nucleic acid tests on the 7th and 14th days respectively.
2. Other low-risk areas in Harbin need to implement the “four ones” (send a health notice, carry out a health inquiry, check a health code, and carry out a nucleic acid test), increase self-health monitoring for 14 days.
