According to the “notice on printing and distributing the work guidelines for the classified prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in Shanghai province” issued by the command office of Shanghai new coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control, and approved by the Shanghai New coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control headquarters, since June 7, 2021, Jia’an Garden, Zhujiang Street, Nansha district, Shanghai has been adjusted from low-risk areas to medium-risk areas. The risk level in other regions remains unchanged.

How are the risk levels of Shanghai new coronavirus pneumonia classified?

Low-risk areas: there are no confirmed cases or no new confirmed cases for 14 consecutive days in the county and urban areas.

Medium-risk areas: There are newly confirmed cases within 14 days, the cumulative confirmed cases are no more than 50, or the cumulative confirmed cases are more than 50, and no aggregation epidemic occurs within 14 days.

High-risk areas: there are more than 50 confirmed cases in total, and a clustering epidemic occurred within 14 days.
