From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 14, Shanghai reported a new confirmed case imported from overseas.

As of 24:00 on December 14, 518 confirmed cases were reported overseas and 28 related cases were reported overseas. 517 patients were discharged from hospital and 29 patients were still treated in hospital.

As of 24:00 on December 14, a total of 349 confirmed cases in China were reported. 348 patients were discharged from hospital and 1 patient died.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 14, 2 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were added overseas.

The status of one new overseas imported case:

Female, 36 years old, foreign nationality. Starting from Jordan on December 1, they flew to Shanghai for entry on 4th by flight MS708 and MS958. After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, and the feedback of the new coronavirus nucleic acid was negative. During the centralized isolation period, the new coronavirus nucleic acid was tested positive, which was transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment. After CT examination and expert consultation, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronavirus.

2 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported overseas

Newly imported asymptomatic infected persons abroad 1:

Male, 35 years old, native of Shandong, permanent residence Linyi city in Shandong Provience, worker. On December 10, flight SV884 from Saudi Arabia flew to Shanghai to enter the country on the same day. After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, and the feedback of the new coronavirus nucleic acid was negative. Detection of coronavirus nucleic acid positive during centralized isolation is transferred to Shanghai Eighth People’s Hospital for isolation treatment.

Newly imported asymptomatic infected persons abroad 2:

Male, 27 years old, foreign nationality. On December 7, he took a bus from Serbia to Holland. On December 11, he took flight CZ308 from Holland and flew to Shanghai for entry on December 12. After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. Feedback the positive nucleic acid of the new coronavirus, that is, transfer to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment.
