As of 24:00 on December 19, 524 confirmed cases were reported overseas and 28 related cases were reported overseas. 522 patients were discharged from hospital and 30 patients were still treated in hospital.

As of 24:00 on December 19, a total of 349 confirmed cases in China were reported. 348 patients were discharged from hospital and 1 patient died.

The status of one new overseas imported case:

Female, 48 years old, native of Zhejiang, permanent residence in Jinhua city, Zhejiang province, free occupation. On December 17, flight SV884 from Saudi Arabia flew to Shanghai for entry on the same day. After sampling, customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. Feedback the positive nucleic acid of coronavirus, that is, transfer to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment, after CT examination and expert consultation, diagnosed as a confirmed case of coronavirus.

3 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported overseas

Newly imported asymptomatic infected persons abroad 1:

Male, 33 years old, native place in Shanghai, resident in Shanghai, engineer.

Newly imported asymptomatic infected persons abroad 2:

Male, 37 years old, native of Shandong, resident in Heze city, Shandong province, worker.

The entry schedule of newly imported asymptomatic infected persons 1 and 2 is the same. On December 17, flight SV884 from Saudi Arabia flew to Shanghai for entry on the same day. After sampling, customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. Feedback the new coronavirus nucleic acid is positive, which is transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment.

Newly imported asymptomatic infected persons abroad 3:

Male, 26 years old, native of Shanghai, resident in Foshan city, Shanghai province, engineer. Starting from Uzbekistan on December 6, they flew to Shanghai to enter the country on flight TK371 and TK72 successively on the 9th. After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, and reported the negative nucleic acid of the new coronavirus. Detection of coronavirus nucleic acid positive during centralized isolation is transferred to Shanghai Eighth People’s Hospital for isolation treatment.
