In order to ensure the health and life safety of the people, according to the first-level response requirements of major public health emergencies in Shanghai province and the spirit of the announcement of the Leading Group Office for the prevention and control of pneumonia infection caused by new coronavirus in the field of market supervision in Shanghai province on strengthening food management supervision and doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the market and environmental improvement group, the leading group for the prevention and control of pneumonia epidemic caused by new coronavirus in Conghua district, announced the matters related to catering operation in our district.

1. From now on, all social catering service units in the region (including beverage shops, snack bars, breakfast shops, etc., the same below) will suspend the hall food service and can provide take-out ordering services such as pick-up at the store, internet or telephone, food takeout should implement “contactless delivery” to strengthen distribution safety.

2. All gathering dining activities (including self-organized banquets, except collective canteens) are prohibited, and catering service units or individuals are prohibited from undertaking or providing services for gathering dining.

3. It is strictly prohibited for catering employees who have a history of contact with the place where the epidemic occurs or who arrive (return) from the place where the epidemic occurs to work during the period of home isolation. It is strictly prohibited for employees with respiratory tract infection symptoms such as fever and cough to work. All catering employees must receive daily morning check, measure body temperature and wear masks during their employment.

4. All social catering service units in the region should reasonably arrange business hours, thoroughly disinfect the business premises every day, keep the air circulation in the business premises, measure the body temperature of all personnel entering the unit, ensure that the entry personnel wear masks, and those who have not implemented relevant epidemic prevention and control measures are not allowed to operate.

5. Large and medium-sized social catering service units with a business area of more than 200 square meters in the region must carry out quarantine inspection, health protection, the relevant information of safety production and other measures shall be reported to the town Street (market supervision office) where it is located. Those who have opened the business must complete the report before February 12.
