Employees applying for housing provident fund for personal housing loans in different places must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(1) Shanghai registered employees who deposit housing accumulation fund in other places purchase self-occupied housing in Shanghai;

(2) individual housing loans that have not been used in the housing provident fund, or individual housing loans of the first housing provident fund have been settled;

(3) comply with other application conditions of Shanghai housing provident fund personal housing loan and relevant regulations of Shanghai to purchase housing.
