From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 7, Shanghai reported 2 new confirmed cases imported from overseas. Two new discharged cases were added.
As of 24:00 on December 7, a total of 508 confirmed cases imported overseas and 28 related cases imported overseas were reported. 510 patients were discharged from hospital and 26 patients were still treated in hospital.
As of 24:00 on December 7, a total of 349 confirmed cases in China were reported. 348 patients were discharged from hospital and 1 patient died.

New overseas input Case 1:
Male, 40 years old, foreign nationality. Flight KQ882 from Kenya arrived in Shanghai on December 4th. After sampling, the customs will transfer to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, and feedback the positive nucleic acid of the new coronavirus, that is, transfer to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment. After CT examination and expert consultation, diagnosed as a confirmed case of covid-19.
Add overseas input Case 2:
Male, 22 years old, native of Shanghai, resident in Shantou city, Shanghai province, overseas students. Starting from the United States on November 20, they flew to Shanghai for entry on the 22nd by taking UA554 and CZ328 flights. After sampling, the customs transferred them to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, and the feedback of the new coronavirus nucleic acid was negative. During the centralized isolation period, the new coronavirus nucleic acid was tested positive, which was transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment. After CT examination and expert consultation, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronavirus.

Male, 48 years old, native of Henan, resident in Anyang city, Henan province, worker. Flight SV884 from Saudi Arabia arrived in Shanghai on December 3. After sampling, the customs will transfer to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, and feedback the positive nucleic acid of the new coronavirus, that is, transfer to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment.
