After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, and the feedback of the new coronavirus nucleic acid was negative. During the centralized isolation period, the new coronavirus nucleic acid was tested positive and checked positive by the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, which was transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment. After CT examination and expert consultation, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronavirus pneumonia.

Male, 55 years old, native of Henan, resident in Nanyang city, Henan province, worker. On October 3, the flight ET606 from Ethiopia flew to Shanghai for entry on the same day. After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. Feedback of positive coronavirus nucleic acid, that is, transfer to Shanghai Eighth People’s Hospital for isolation treatment, diagnosed as asymptomatic coronavirus infection. On October 12, CT examination showed inflammation in the lungs. After CT examination and expert consultation, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of coronavirus.
