Newly imported Case 1: female, 57 years old, Chinese Macao nationality.
New case 2 imported overseas: male, 56 years old, Chinese Macao nationality, is the husband who imported new case 1 overseas.
The above two patients recently traveled and visited friends in the United States, and the inbound journey was the same.
On March 17, two patients took UA79 flight from New York, USA and transferred to NH933 flight through Tokyo, Japan. On 19th, they arrived at Shanghai Baiyun International Airport and were transferred to the centralized isolation site.
On April 2, all patients were diagnosed as confirmed cases of covid-19.
Imported new cases abroad 3: female, 26 years old, Hebei, China, French student.
On March 31, the patient took flight CZ348 from Paris, France and arrived at Shanghai Baiyun International Airport on April 1, then transferred to the centralized isolation point.
On April 2, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of covid-19.
New cases imported overseas 4: female, 42 years old, Fujian membership in China, doing business in Philippines.
On March 27, the patient took flight KR3710 from Philippines and transferred to flight LQ908 via Cambodia. On 28th, the patient arrived at Shanghai Baiyun International Airport and was transferred to the centralized isolation point.
On April 2, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of covid-19.
Overseas imported related cases: female, 38 years old, Shanghai Jieyang nationality, self-employed household, resident in Mineral Spring Street, Yuexiu district, Shanghai, is a close contact with a recent confirmed case imported from Nigeria.
On April 1, the patient was transferred to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese medicine for isolation and observation.
On April 2, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of covid-19.
As of April 2, the above five newly confirmed cases were all transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment. A total of 60 close contacts were initially identified, and centralized isolation medical observation has been conducted according to regulations.
