Individual industrial and commercial households shall follow the guidelines of the market supervision department. For industries without guidance, please refer to these guidelines.

II. General requirements and basic principles

All commercial service enterprises should deal with the relationship between epidemic prevention and control under the new normal and resume business and resume the city. Based on the principles of science, rationality, moderation and effectiveness, they should highlight key points and implement classified policies. Strictly implement various prevention and control measures, comprehensively promote production guarantee and prevention and control tasks, import external defense, and spread internal defense. Achieve early detection and early reporting, and cooperate with relevant agencies to achieve early diagnosis, early isolation, early treatment, and prevent the spread of epidemic in commercial areas after daily operation.

Take epidemic prevention and control measures equally for all customers regardless of nationality, skin color, gender, etc., and shall not restrict or refuse normal consumption, and shall not have any discriminatory slogans or signs against specific groups, or provide differentiated services.

III. Main prevention and control measures for normalization

3. Public objects.
