On March 27, the patient took flight CZ658 from San Francisco, USA and arrived at Shanghai Baiyun International Airport on 29th. After sampling and inspection, the patient was transferred to the centralized isolation point.
On March 29, the test result was positive for coronavirus nucleic acid, which was transferred from the isolation point to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment.
On April 1, a confirmed case of covid-19 was diagnosed through expert consultation.
