3 new cases imported from overseas:

New overseas input Case 1:

Male, 28 years old, native of Shandong, resident in Jinan city, Shandong province, information company staff. On June 13, he took flight BS325 from Bangladesh and flew to Shanghai for entry on 14th. After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure, after feedback of positive coronavirus nucleic acid, it was transferred to Shanghai Eighth People’s Hospital for isolation treatment. After CT examination and expert consultation, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of coronavirus.

Newly added overseas imported case 2: male, 39 years old, native place in Yunnan, resident in Kunming, Yunnan province, accounting.

Newly added overseas imported Case 3: female, 41 years old, native of Hunan, resident in Hengyang city, Hunan province, quality inspector.

The above two people have the same inbound itinerary. On June 11, I took flight CZ392 from Bangladesh and flew to Shanghai for entry on the same day. After sampling, the customs transferred to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. The feedback of the new coronavirus nucleic acid was negative, then, as a close contact with confirmed cases on the same flight, centralized isolation medical observation was carried out. During the observation period, the nucleic acid tested by the disease control department of the district turned positive and checked positive by the municipal center for disease control, that is, transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment. After CT examination and expert consultation, all of them were diagnosed as confirmed cases of covid-19.

A new case of asymptomatic infection imported overseas:

Female, 21 years old, native of Hebei, resident in Qinhuangdao city, Hebei province, student. On June 8th, he took the HU734 charter flight from Peru and stopped in Spain. On the 10th, he flew to Shanghai for entry. After sampling, the customs will transfer to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. After feedback of the positive nucleic acid of the new coronavirus, it will be transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment.

The epidemic situation of covid-19 in Shanghai on June 16

From 0:00 to 24:00 on June 15, 3 new confirmed cases were imported from overseas in the province, all of which were reported by Shanghai. They came from Bangladesh and were found at ports of entry and isolation points. They were isolated and observed after entering the country. A new case of asymptomatic infection was imported overseas. Shanghai reported that it came from Peru. It was found at the port of entry and was isolated for observation after entering the country. Two new discharged cases were added.

As of 24:00 on June 15, 1628 confirmed cases of covid-19 were reported in the whole province (233 cases imported overseas). Currently, there are 28 cases in the hospital.
