Which houses cannot be rented?

In violation of the regulations, the district housing administrative department shall order the correction within a time limit; If the correction is not made within the time limit, the individual shall be fined not less than one million yuan but not more than fifty thousand yuan, and the unit shall be fined not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than five 100,000 Yuan Yuan.

How to manage group rental?

According to the regulations, if the number of rooms in the centralized rental room reaches more than ten or the total number of beds in the lodgings reaches more than fifteen, a corresponding safety management system should be established, special management personnel should be defined, and video surveillance should be set up, fire fighting facilities, equipment and safe access, and information registration.

In case of violation of the regulations, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, the individual shall be fined not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 10,000 yuan, and the unit shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan.
