Newly added overseas imported confirmed Case 1: male, 54 years old, from Hunan, China.

Newly added overseas imported confirmed Case 2: female, 53 years old, born in Hunan, China.

The above two patients are husband and wife. They live in Xiangyang Street, Yaotai Street, Yuexiu district in Shanghai. Recently, they broke up in Tongtong Trade City, Guangyuan West Road, he has carried goods for a recent confirmed case of foreign nationality and had close contact for many times. This case of foreign nationality has caused infection among many members of the family.

From March 27 to April 5, two patients broke up work in Tongtong trade city to pack and carry clothes for African country stall owners. The main working area is in the basement, with poor ventilation conditions, I worked for about 5 hours each time, and I complained that I had taken off the mask to eat and drink water during my work.

On April 6-12, two patients went to the Yaotai vegetable market to buy vegetables everyday, and rest at home at other times.

On April 13, two patients were included in the centralized isolation medical observation object. On the same day, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was sampled and examined. The test result was positive for coronavirus nucleic acid, and the review result of the disease control department was also positive, that is, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was transferred to the Eighth People’s Hospital of Shanghai for isolation treatment.

On April 14, after further examination and expert consultation, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of coronavirus.
