Food vendors are not allowed to operate the following foods:
1. Cold and cold dishes, omophagia seafood, bulk wine other than brewed wine;
2. Change the knife cooked food, ready-made dairy products and cold processed food without complex heat treatment (“change the knife cooked food” refers to the food that is cut and sold by braised cooked meat products);
3. Other food prohibited from production and operation by national and provincial regulations.
In addition, the working opinions also put forward that it is not allowed to sell and slaughter live poultry and live livestock in the food vendors business area; If there are more than 200 food vendors in the food vendors business area, a video surveillance system should be established, monitor the operation situation; The storage time of surveillance video records should be no less than 30 days; The catering business area should set up processing and business sites and equipment and facilities suitable for the business projects and modes. The catering operation site shall not set up rough processing areas, and shall be equipped with reheating equipment, and the center temperature of finished food products shall be kept above 60℃.
